He is survived by: his mother Marion Tibbetts; his siblings, Rodger Tibbetts and Rhonda Keithline; his daughters, Rebecca Tibbetts and Carrie Tibbetts; his sons-in-law, Jose Salazar Jr. and Justin Ferguson; and his grandchildren, Elijo Barraza Jr., Elijah Barraza, Elias Barraza, Jose Salazar III and Savannah Salazar.
