She was predeceased by: her parents, William Luther Downing and Minnie Lena Emma Downing (Schmidt); her siblings, Lois Nothdurft (Kenneth) and Ralph Downing (Thelma); her husband Jim; her children, Earl, Carl and Karen Blake; her grandchildren, Donny Blake and LeKell Blake; and her great grandchild Trevon Chenoweth.

She is survived by: her sons, Troy Chenoweth and Dale Chenoweth (Melissa); her grandchildren, Tad Chenoweth, Kerry Larmer (Tyree), Beth Pfost (Corrie), Danny Blake (Randi), Mitch Blake (Julie), Thomas Chenoweth and Rachel Chenoweth; and her great grandchildren, Trey, Aspen, Breanna, Kyle, Eian, Thatcher and Max.
