With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edna Swanson of Brush, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Edna shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Edna farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Peterson and Myrtle Peterson (Hansen); her husband Fred; and her sister Mildred. She is survived by: her sister Bernice; and her nieces and nephews, Ken Crosthwait (Gloria) of Austin, John Crosthwait (Brenda) of Brush, Colorado, Ann Zarezadegan (Peyman) of Greeley and Laura Mendoza (Phil) of Greeley, Colorado. She is also survived by 16 great-nieces and nephews, many great-great-nieces and nephews.
