He was predeceased by: his parents, Erik Eklund and Pauline Eklund; and his brother Paul "Dennis" Eklund. He is survived by: his wife Marty of Brush; and his children, Darrell Eklund (Nicole) of Snyder, Paula Nestor (Rod) of Georgia and Cynda Walter (Pat) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grand children and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Snyder Bible Church (22622 Fisher Ave, Snyder, CO 80750).
