He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Kelley and Harry Kelley; his siblings, Floyd, Dale, Bette Morris, Barbara Hoard and Jo Mae Myers; and his son-in-law Glenn Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Julia; his brother Kenneth Kelley; his siblings-in-law, Pam Kelley and Floyd Hoard; and his daughters, Sandra Howard and Cheryl Carlson (Tony).
