He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Robert Steven Downey; and his grandson John Michael Berry. He is survived by: his son Robert; his wife Mary Sarah Topcziewski; his children, Donald James, Lara Lorraine and Bryan Allyn; his close friend Burry Elizabeth Fendel; and his children, Jaime Morgan, Sally Drake and Elizabeth Grace.
