She is survived by: her husband John Warren Hastings; her children, Lynnette Hertneky (Bradley) of Burlington, CO and Kevin Bass (Katie) of Kingfisher, OK.; her siblings, Sherri, Debbie, Rodney, Stanley and Tina; Savanah Hastings. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
