He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Kramer and Mildred Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, Byron (Michelle) and Jason (Kristen); his siblings, Sherry, Stan and Nathan; and his mother-in-law Donna White. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
