In the vast expanse of eternity, Virginia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Virginia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Ashby (White) and Max Wallace Ashby; her son Joseph; and also Evan Young. She is survived by: her spouse Toleman "Bill" Garrard Spurlock; her siblings, Phyllis Marie Zadra (Bill), Karen Ann Slyter, Margaret "Maggie" Elise Stark (Mike), Michelle Young, Anthony "Tony" Gerard Spurlock (Stacy), Michael David Spurlock (Staci) and Angela Geralyn Simco; and also Ken Slyter. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.
