He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Farnham and George Nelson; his sister Betty Gohr; and his nephew Timothy Allnutt. He is survived by: his children, Dolores Reuland (Michael) and Darryl Nelson (Christine); his grandchildren, Abigail Reuland, Joshua Reuland, Katelyn Gray and Grace Nelson; his great grandchildren, Everly and Lainey Gray; and his nephew Ted Allnutt.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Evangelical Free Church (3000 E Main St, Cañon City, CO 81212). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Quality INN & Suites (3075 US-50, Cañon City, CO 81212).
