She was predeceased by: her parents, Gillis Phillips and Sylvia Phillips; her spouse Dock Osborn; her children, Christine, Jeffrey and Scott; her daughter-in-law Michele; and her brothers, Von and Garold Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Osborn of Indiana and Cheryl of Canon City; her grandchildren, Jason and Danille of Indiana; and her sister Joy Greenwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
