She was predeceased by: her parents, George Weigel and Josephine Weigel; her brother Leon Weigel; her siblings-in-law, Arlen Walter, Barbara Weigel, Linda Weigel and Sheila Weigel; and her stepson Ronnie Ready.

She is survived by: her children, Shannon and Jason (Melanie); her grandchildren, Kyra, Jackson and Cameron; her siblings, Alice Walter, Orval Weigel, Floyd Weigel, Allen Weigel (Lavonne) and Roy Weigel; and her stepdaughters, Rhonda Hellman and Kelly Clark (Bernie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

She took great pride in "going the extra mile" and making every funeral and monument special by adding what she called "a personal touch."Elgerine retired in 2021 due to the COVID pandemic.
