We are sad to announce that, on June 26, 2025, at the age of 94, Ellen M. Rasmusen (Canon City, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Ellen's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ellen has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Kjormoe (Wood) and Melvin Kjormoe; her husband Robert W. Rasmusen; and her daughter Joanne Y. Rasmusen. She is survived by: her siblings, Mildred L. Moody, Melvin L. Kjormoe, Joanne A. Kjormoe and Mary Beth Rankin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
