He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Harter and Helen Sabish Harter; and his sister Grace (Richard Campagna). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth, Julie and Gwen; his grandsons, Eric and Brandon; and his siblings, Gloria (Ronald Konkel) and Glen (Cynthia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Michael Catholic Church (1016 Mystic Ave, Cañon City, CO 81212).
