He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard V. Crenshaw and Penelope M. "Penny" Taylor Crenshaw. He is survived by: his son Brent Crenshaw; his sister Tina Crenshaw Withrow (Jimmy Withrow); and his niece Ashley Withrow.
