It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Tanner of Canon City, Colorado, born in Salida, Colorado, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Lucille may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lucille touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Sherla Dunivet. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Hovden (Allynn), James Andon (Pam) and George Andon (Becky). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
