He is survived by: his wife Le Meyer; his children, Lee Ann Howlett (Al), Len Meyer (Gretchen Shelly) and Adam Meyer (Amy Wibbenmeyer); his stepchildren, Rob Black (Shawn Bender) and Mary Sandell (Scott); his grandchildren, Clarence Franklin, Jr. (Mandy), Gabriella Howlett and Aleigha Howlett; his stepgrandchildren, Maggie Sandell and Thomas Sandell; his great grandchildren, Miles Franklin and Harrison Franklin; and his brothers, Michael Meyer and Bob Meyer.
