He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Yvonne Ley (Bobbi); his daughter Kirsten Marie Javernick (Todd); his grandson William Carlton (Bill); his children, Eugene Brian (Gene) and Tabar Marie Smith (Chris); his grandchildren, Shane Javernick (Lauren), Maxwell Javernick (Quianna), Gunner Javernick (Becky), Mariah Summers, Haley Rierson (Ross), Kodee Summers (John), Easton Summers, Walker Summers, Brody Smith and Sam Smith; his great grandchildren, Brecken, Iver and Asher Javernick; his sister April Ross; and his siblings-in-law, Kaley Rose, Patty Selby, Gene, Don, Jim, Bill, Mike and Tom Ley.
