It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadette Vlasin (Castle Rock, Colorado), born in Grant, Nebraska, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Ted" Heinemann and Mary Heinemann (Schreiter); her husband John Vlasin; her grandson Dominic Russell; her sister Donna Burge; and her siblings-in-law, Idella Lorenz, Irma Sand, Alice Muff, Helen Macholan, Dorothy Welch, Genevieve Vlasin, Clair Vlasin, Joe Lorenz, Raymond Sand, Herbert Muff, Vic Cecava, Robert Macholan, Robert Welch and Richard Vlasin.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Russell (Darin) of Castle Rock, CO, Patricia Vlasin (Roy) of San Diego, CA, Pamela Henry (John) of Highlands Ranch, CO and Brendon Vlasin (Katie) of Kearney, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Emma Meyers, Ava Vlasin, Isabelle Vlasin, Olivia Vlasin, Dylan Russell, Dalton Russell (Nic), Chase Henry and Braxton Henry; her brothers, Gary Heinemann (Teresa), John Heinemann (Sandy) and Bernard Heinemann (Pat); and her in-laws, Rose Cecava, Raymond Vlasin and Butch Burge.
