He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerome Cook and Marie Cook. He is survived by : his wife Erin Cook; his daughters, Abby DeVries (Bryson) and Marianna Walsh (Adam); his brothers, Mick Cook (Pat) and Tim Cook (Janet French); and his grandchildren, Tahlia DeVries and Lucian DeVries.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Emmaus Anglican Church (995 N Ridge Rd, Castle Rock, CO 80104).
