He is survived by: his wife Carol Abercrombie; his children, Joe Abercrombie Jr. (Belle) and Angela Bamber (Griff); his grandchildren, Nolan Armstrong, Mackenzie Abercrombie and Drake Coffield-Bamber; and his siblings, Joyce Vernon, George Duty (Linda) and Lois Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's memory to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation or HopeWest Hospice in Delta, Colorado.
