He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Bunch (Vogt); his sisters, Carol Bunch of Chicago and Marlene Bunch of Denver, Colorado; his siblings' children, Paul Bunch, Michael Bunch, Chuck Bunch and Elizabeth Lamela; and his sister-in-law Donna Bunch.
