He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cutshall and Venafrum Cutshall; and his wives, Elaine and Dorothy. He is survived by: his sister Marge; and his children, Kathy (Scott), Dan (Jayne), Sue and David (Louise). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
