He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Olson and Esther Olson; and his siblings, Marilyn, Emmy, Ralph (Bud) and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Michael Olson of Cripple Creek and Wendy Olson (Tim) of Lancaster; and his sister Anita Wagner of Morton, Illinois.. He is also survived by two grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Horan & McConaty Funeral Service and Cremation - South Metro/Centennial (5303 E County Line Rd, Centennial, CO 80122). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Littleton Cemetery (6155 S Prince St, Littleton, CO 80120). A reception will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Horan & McConaty Funeral Service and Cremation - South Metro/Centennial (5303 E County Line Rd, Centennial, CO 80122).
