She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Openshaw and Arda Openshaw; and her former husband Richard Williams. She is survived by: her children, Layne, Jennifer, Tiffany and Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Parker, Kenton, Chase, Quinn and Isabelle; her daughters-in-law, Stephany and Katie; and her siblings, Vonnie, Margaret, Gayle and Darrell. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Elaine's memory be made to charitable organizations highly regarded by individual donors.
