She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Conklin; her parents, Cecil Swearengen and Mary Anna Johnson; her daughter Tamara "Tammy" Hubbard; her grandsons, Charles Colvin and Garrett Hubbard; and her sisters, Mary Evelyn and Janet.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Armstrong (John) and Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Stenzel (Bill); her son-in-law Gary Hubbard; and her brother Dean Hastings (Faye). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
