He was predeceased by: his parents, Stan Katapski and Pat Katapski; his brother Craig; and his nephew Nicholas Barbara. He is survived by: his siblings, Judi Barbara (Paul), Laurie Katapski (Mark), Tom Katapski (Ann) and Cathy Deck (Richard); and his children, Ryan Katapski (Courtney) and Lindsey Washington (Peter). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
