He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his children, Curtis (Mahana) and Nicole (Roger); his grandchildren, Cate, Asher, Celine, Olivia and Josh; his nephew Michael (Jodi); his great-niece Emma; and his brother-in-law Harry. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
