She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Kurtz and Julia Hirsch Kurtz; her sister Dorothy (Jim); her husband Daniel Pankowski; and her children, Kathleen (Clifford), David and Christopher.
She is survived by: her brother Richard (Donna); her son Daniel (Kim); her grandchildren, Mathew, Patrick, Alec, Kaitlyn and Ella; and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Annabell, Dylan, Abel, Lyanna and Evelyn.
