She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dykstra and Henrietta Dykstra; her husband William Venhuisen (Bill); her sisters, Eloise Voss and Gladys Larson; and her son-in-law John Meinert.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Meinert of Englewood, CO and Larry (Betty) of Belvedere, IL. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
