“I was privileged to represent Tom after he suffered a near fatal experience while being "mistreated" at a Colorado Springs rehabilitation facility after he had successful back surgery. His grit, determination and zest for life were instrumental in his surviving that ordeal and were features he used into ensuring the wrongdoers were held accountable. He was an extraordinary man, an honored Vet, a highly respected teacher and cheerful Santa to so many kids. Best of all, he was my friend. RIP.”
