He is survived by: his mother Nancy Thurman Shanks; his siblings, Clint (Michelle), Julie Peterson (Christopher), Michael and Sherry Hearn (Clay); and his children, Jacob Andrew, Kailey Marie and Ashlie Elise.

Todd lived a life marked by love, humor, deep compassion, charity, and unwavering dedication to those he loved.
