He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Janae, Gavin and Halli; his sisters, Traci Dozier (Dave) and Trisha Koester (Chase); his father Dick Johnson; his mother-in-law Marty Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Todd Johnson (Nicolette) and Patrick Johnson (Kacey). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
