He is survived by: his parents, Zack Chayet and Judi Wolf; his stepmother Eva Chayet; his wife Susan; his sons, Devon, Grant and Logan; the mother of his children Barbara; his brother Marco (Paige); his nephew Caleb; his sister Nicole (Evan); his nieces and nephews, Sloane, Brooks and Ellis; and his brother Lance Chayet.
