He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Totten and Eleanor S. Totten (Cotton); and his brother Schuyler R. Totten. He is survived by: his wife Beverly B. (Boltwood); his daughter Shelly A. Totten (Raemer); his grandson William E. Totten III; his son Bill III; his siblings, Jon Totten (Barbara) and Penny Peterson; his sister-in-law Lilian Totten; his half-brother Brennan Totten (Barbara); his grandchildren, Carly, Hannah Raemer and Justin Shaffer (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Elliot Harris, Raiden, Haven and Maverick Shaffer; and his nephews, Shane, Sam, Schuyler B. Totten and Donnie Peterson.
