It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Teodoro Hernandez- Hernandez in Center, Colorado, born in Alamosa, Colorado, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jose Maclovio Hernandez and Maria Leonor Hernandez. He is survived by: his parents, Hebert Hernandez and Maria Hernandez; his children, Liam, Carter Hernandez and Xochitl Hernandez; his siblings, Gilbert Hernandez, Jeziah, Jenessy Hernandez, Bianca Hernandez, Yarlely Villagran, Socoro and Hebert Hernandez; and the mother of his child Alicia Garcia. He is also survived by His extended family, including numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Francis Jerome Catholic Church (781 Warden St, Center, CO 81125). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Center High School (550 S Sylvester Ave, Center, CO 81132).
