She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Carter; her son Bradley Richardson; and her children-in-law, Honey Richardson and Lex Holzrichter. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Williams, John Richardson (Terri) and Barbara Holzrichter. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions should be made to the Wells of Faith Church in Cheyenne Wells.
