With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rodney Ziegler of Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, whose life came to an end on October 14, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Ziegler and Mary Ellen Ziegler; his grandparents, Belts and Zieglers; his parents-in-law, Francis Schmidt and Armella Schmidt; his brother-in-law Larry Bennett; and his nephew Thomas Unruh.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ziegler of Cheyenne Wells, CO; his sons, Ricky Ziegler of Ponder, TX and Timothy Ziegler of Westminster, CO; his siblings, Sandra Bennett of Pueblo West, CO, Jackie (Larry) Mahlberg and Stuart (Amy) Ziegler; and his grandchildren, Amy, Kayla and Dylan. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (335 S 1st St E, Cheyenne Wells, CO 80810). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (825 North 1st St W, Cheyenne Wells, CO 80810).
