It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shari Dee Clayton of Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, born in Lamar, Colorado, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Dee and Norma Gordon; her brother David Gordon; her brother-in-law Zane Schmeeckle; her nephew Jeff Steury; her mother-in-law Glenda Clayton; and her brother-in-law Richard Clayton.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Nickole, Ethan Clayton, Addison, Preston Schiller, Reagan, Briar and Brooklyn Simpson; her husband Raymond Clayton of Cheyenne Wells; her children, Mark Clayton of Aurora, Meaghan Schiller (Brian) of Greeley and Kristin Simpson (Kevin) of Burlington, Colorado.; and her siblings, Danny Gordon (Dee), Shelley Harper (Andy) and Pam Schmeeckle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
