He is survived by : his mother Patricia Blackwelder of Grand Junction, CO.; his children, Ashley, AJ, Tyler, Jesse and Cheyenne of Grand Junction, CO.; and his siblings, Mike Blackwelder Jr., Sue Huskey, Stephanie Smith and Larry Smith of Grand Junction, CO.. He is also survived by four nephews, one great nephew, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
