He was predeceased by: his brothers, Odell Riddle, Dorman Riddle, Gene Riddle, Sigmund Riddle and Paul David Riddle.

He is survived by: his siblings, George and Callie Riddle; his wife Joan Burnett; and his children, Jody Newton (Scott), Becky Culmer (Dan), Ronnie Riddle and Paul Riddle (Angie). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
