He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Jensen; his sons, Brad Jensen (Joy) and Brian Jensen (Annie); his stepchildren, Havilah Tran, Ben Conklin (Sara) and Joe Conklin; his grandchildren, Turner Jensen, Trace Jensen, Daelyn Jensen, Jeff Jimenez, Kyle Shafer, Kailes Tran, Vaughn Tran, Chloe Vidrio, Victor Conklin (Sean), Cathryn St. John (Collin), Carolyn Albee (Drew), Ro Conklin, Juliana Conklin, Raymond Conklin and Kyrie Conklin; and his great grandchildren, Caitlyn St. John, Marilyn St. John and Benjamin St. John.
