He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Joann Fuson Hand; his parents, Emma Jane Wolf Hand and Norman Jacob Hand; and his siblings, Norman Jacob Hand, Jr., William Rollin Hand, Clarance Alvin Hand (Chuck) and Jane Joy Hand.
He is survived by: his sons, David Bruce Hand (Katherine Rita Bagge) and Matthew David (Shella Mamac Hand); his grandchild Brex Matthew; his wife Kimberly Ann Hill Hand; and his children, Knox Alexander, Marlowe Alexandra, Debra Kay Hand Ziemer (Randy) and Earen Michelle Ziemer Clark (Daniel Clark). He is also survived by two sons, a daughter, eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and twelve nieces and nephews.
