He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lain and Alice Pye; and his brother Michael Lain. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Lain; his son Charles Douglas Lain Jr.; and his grandchildren, Robin, Samantha, Noah and Benjamin.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Swan Law.
