She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Ann Churchman and Russell Fremont Churchman; and her grandfather Charles Fremont Churchman. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Frick; her brother Gregory Allen Churchman; and her children, Rex William Moseley, Jr. (Joanne Moseley), Patricia Mieko Moseley Currin (David Currin), Jennifer Churchman Collins (Jon Collins), Stacey Riese and Melissa Adamson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 foster grandchildren, and a great foster grandchild.
