He is survived by: his wife Jung Kang Pak; his child Jung Kwon Pak (Amy); his grandchildren, Joseph Rivera, Briana Dearing (Luke Evans), Katherine Pak, Kristina Rivera (Colin Neff), Olivia Pak (Ben Rappoport), Allison Dearing and Eleanor Pak; and his great grandchild Danielle Jung Evans.
