He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harsch and Therese Harsch; Juanita Foltz. He is survived by: his siblings, Leonard, Evelyn, Ralph and LaVon "Bonnie"; his daughters, Marsha Sauter and Joyce Martin (George); his grandchildren, Paul, Ben (Michelle) and Emily; Danny and Elden.
