She is survived by: her husband Roger MacDonald; her sons, Sam and Robert; and her sister Rose. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Donna will be @ John Venezia Park Pavilion House Briargate Blvd & Union, In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Pikes Peak Hospice or The Michael J. Fox Foundation lenny.
