He is survived by: his brother William Scott; his stepbrother Kip Lilly (Jeannine Bayard); his wife Nancy Scott; and his children, Carolyn Scott and Ryan Scott.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Doug's name to the Adult Loss of Hearing Association.
