He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Oliver and Hilda Bodil Nelsen Oliver; his wife Dorothy Fay Hill; and his brother Robert M. Oliver (Bob). He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Masters (Jan) of Denver, CO, Gloria Medcalf (Karl) of Houston, TX and Bonnie Troutt (Dan) of Lincoln, NE; and his grandsons, Adam Troutt, Richard Masters and Brandon Masters. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
